Shipping Cost High?

Why the shipping cost is so high? Customers ofen asked this qustion.

Let me explain as follows:

1, We get big discount from Fedex. Which we have mentioned in our website home page

To: Western Europe:
First: 500g-USD25,
Following each 500g-USD8

To: USA and Canada
First: 500g-USD20
Following each 500g-USD10

To: Oceania
First: 500g-USD20
Following each 500g-USD8

Other countrys:
you will find the exact
shipping cost when you check out.
 

This is the best price we get, and offer to our customer. We have compared this price to the EMS, DHL and TNT in our area,

Fedex offered the biggest discount, and it is cheapest. so we mainly suggest customers to use Fedex .

2,EMS shipping, of course some country is wise to ship by EMS, if customer do not need their goods within 7 days.

   if normally take 7-10 business days and it is cheaper if your order is more than 15KGS.. and EMS has advantage of low tax for importing, which is good for customers.

SO if your order is more than 15KGS. pls send me a mail before make payment. then I will check the cost and come back to you within 1 business day.

   But EMS also has it's disadvantage. it changes their price oftern, so it is not stable for our customers..it is also not good for our website to offer goods service to customers if our prices are always changing..

 Pls note: Some country may charge TaX for your parcel. we do not know each country's policy, so all the tax should be afforded by customers.

In short. Fedex is already the cheapest way and stable service for us and customers. that is why we choose them.we keep our customers satisfaction by offering big discount shipping cost already.
