Customers will oftern meet the problems with how to use balance.

because sometimes we should refund the money if some items are sold out.

Here is the list of steps how to use the balance.

1,sign in

2,select the items you want to buy and check out

3,select the shipping way

4.write down the total amount of your order(goods amount+shipping cost)

5,do not submit order, then click user center at the header of website.

6.you will see the balance you have.

7,click account details at the left bottom--you will see the advanced payment

8,fill the money you should pay(total amount-your balance), fill the remarks--this is charge money in your account

9, submit your payment by paypal.

10, then you will go back to your shopping cart. then you have enough balance to check out

11. select the payment method--pay in balance.

12. submit your order...

 

That  all. you used your balance..

In short. you should charge enough money in your account. then you can use the payment method pay in balance.
